Sports Physicals and Necessary Clearances for 2025-2026 Athletic Season

Moravian Academy Athletics 2025-2026 Season All rising 6th through 12th grade students  on the Merle-Smith, Historic Downtown, and Swain Campuses who anticipate participating on a 2025-26 fall, winter, and/or spring athletic team will need to have the necessary clearances before starting to practice. We will continue to host our pre-participation athletic forms and registration online at Student Central/bigteams.  This digital platform allows you to access and complete registration forms online.  It is HIPAA, COPPA, and FERPA compliant. Sports PhysicalsSt. Luke’s University Health Network will be offering free sports physicals on Tuesday, June 10 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Athletic and Wellness Center located on the Merle-Smith Campus.  You will need to have accounts created on Student Central/bigteams.  Please click HERE to sign up for an appointment and for additional information.
